Evaluation and Management of pain related complaints




This includes head, neck, back, arm, hand, shoulder and leg complaints.Our office specializes in the evaluation and management of auto and work injuries including non-surgical, pre-surgical and post-surgical care.
 
 

Techniques and Procedures



Our office uses chiropractic manipulation techniques when they are appropriate. We also use specialized Myofascial Release Techniques and Electrical Modalities when indicated (ultrasound, electrical muscle stimulation, iontophoresis/phonophoresis, massage referral, microcurrent and traction). Neuromuscular massage is utilized when indicated. We have a wide array of specialized spinal rehabilitation tools that are used with the Physical Therapy Department at Optima Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation.



Independent Evaluations



Dr. Rosenquist and Dr. Abercrombie are both available for independent evaluations. These include a comprehensive review of the prior records, diagnostic tests and injury causation.A comprehensive examination is then performed to evaluate the factors requested. Reports are generated within 72 hours of the date of the exam (providing all of the required information is available).



Collision Biomechanics Reviews



Biomechanical, causation and collision analysis reports are available from Dr. Rosenquist.



Sports Injuries and Sport Specific Evaluations, Injury Prevention and Performance Enhancement


School Sport Physical Exams are now administered by all providers at Alliance Health Partners!
We can do individuals or entire teams. A Saturday can even be set aside specifically for your team! The Doctors are specially certified in school sport physical exams and will make sure your student is physically ready to start the athletic season of his or her choice. Call us to make an appointment or reserve a Saturday for your team!

Our skilled professional staff of Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, and Exercise Physiologists can evaluate athletes of all levels for recurrent or acute injuries and establish a diagnostic and treatment protocol to resolve those complaints. We also do sport specific programs that include a comprehensive analysis of the athlete's current status relative to his or her sport. Then a specific performance enhancement and injury prevention program can be designed that lasts from 2-12 weeks. These enhancements include speed, quickness, flexibility/agility, strength, power and specific sport performance enhancement programs.
